Planning & Development
- Sunnymede Lane DA – issues with detached habitable rooms noted
- Planning Changes to Boost Farm Businesses and Regional Tourism – submission to be sent out in a newsletter
- DA Mananga function centre – applicant continues to submit additional information to support DA
- DA Mt Hay Primitive Glamping – response to RFS letter has been sent to Council by applicant
- DA for 57 Victoria St – Council staff are discussing revised design with applicant
Infrastructure & Facilities: Nothing to report

– KV footpath
– New toilets at Apex Park – more towel boxes have been stolen.
Sustainability
Shoalhaven Solar Farm – It is anticipated that the Solar Farm will be constructed and operational by end 2021. Repower members will be offered the opportunity to invest through fixed interest loans to the venture. Details to follow.
Rotary Centenary of Trees – 100 trees will be planted along the North Street path prior to the Opening Ceremony on 3 May.
